As we explained in our email correspondence. We do not create or adapt delivery addresses, the address typed into the checkout is the address we will send the parcel to. The address is electronically automatically transferred to the couriers booking on portal without intervention. From our investigations there are two roads with the same name within the wider area your property located and also the same house numbers. It appears you used the address finder and selected the wrong post code for your property, even though the house number and road name was correct. The courier delivered the item correctly to the address you selected at checkout. It is the users responsibility to check the billing and delivery address before finalising any order. We do not manually transfer any address and in this instance, even if we were to do so, the address used exists and would appear correct. The only intervention would be when we can clearly see an address is not complete i.e. there is a missing house name/number/postcode. Other than this we have to assume that the address supplied to us is correct as the customer will have checked it before placing the order.

You will need to apply the product to saturation to obtain full water repellence - we advise saturating the surface and excess can then be buffed away. Excess product will prove you have achieved a saturation point and the surface will repel moisture.

“Very impressed by speedy delivery of Exterior Wood Sealer. It arrived within 2 days, rather than the 3-5 days stated on the website. It was used on the slats of our summerhouse roof and it was easy to apply. I hope the two coats protect the roof from the elements for at least two years.”
