“I was nervous applying it. Would it dissolve or stain my patio? After all it must be strong stuff. But it was brilliant. The 5-year-old stains all turned purple and washed away. No damage at all. Then I noticed the surrounding stone had been brightened too, so there must have been some low-level staining everywhere. I did the whole patio and it is now as good as new. 10/10.”

“This is a very powerful smelly chemical that will initially scare you because the rust stain will become bigger and turn bright purple, BUT after brushing and removing the liquid, it will get most to the stain out... and the purple residue will vanish over the next 24-48h. You may have to repeat this process 3-4 times for stubborn deeper stains. I would recommend this product, even if it is not an instant solution.”

“Excellent results. Rust removed from dark stone patio which now looks great. Top tip is to do a whole stone tile at a time and be careful about any drips under the bucket because it could stain. It goes on neat so make sure you have enough!”

“I used this product to remove rust from a terrace made of Dekton. The rust was there as we had a metal table on the terrace and it looked quite bad. It took a number of applications to remove the rust but it has gone completely. I don't think there is any issues with multiple applications. I just applied it with a paint brush and washed the purple residue off with a watering can. The surface does need to be dry when you apply. One bottle goes a long way.”
