“I diluted it as per instructions but found that it would not remove lime scale marks on my patio. I had to apply it neat before it had any effect. Perhaps I bought the wrong cleaner?”

This product is not for removing limescale or cement staining. The product does not state is suitable for the contamination you have on your driveway. You would need to use an acidic solution like Floorseal Cement & Grout Haze Remover to remove anything lime based i.e. limescale/cement/salts etc.
