“Product seems to be doing what it's supposed to, as areas done are looking much better, we are experiencing little chunks of rendering coming off that will need to be patched up when all is finished. Perhaps initial rendering application at fault, not sure. Product cleaning it anyway.”

“Used in a 5L spray bottle in the ratio of 1:1 so 2L of product to 2L of water, then added the recommended 50ml of Cleaner Additive for 5L of product as I was using it on walls and wanted it to stick for the contact time. The additive didn't seem to do much except when the liquid was low in the spray bottle and beginning to splutter and therefore become agitated. The product clearly stuck better to the wall then and cleaned the wall much better in that area. i think I may use more additive for the second application although it's quite difficult topping up the spray bottle with cleaner solution once even 50ml of additive is used as it bubbles a lot in the spray bottle making it slow to add more liquid. Reviews suggested that a second application may be necessary on heavy staining (we have a lot of black staining running down a tall patio wall and pink mould around the house which was rendered in Snow Cem, a rough white coloured render that is never supposed to need painting, although after 60 years it does need cleaning). One application definitely looks better and appears to have killed the mould but it does need another application as it was so badly stained. Areas that weren't so stained have cleaned up better so for smooth walls with less staining the product will probably be more successful with one application.”
