“Purchased this product and used on 2 roofs in August, one concrete tiles and one fibre cement tiles. I have waited until now (November) to review to be sure of results. In both cases I am pleased to report that it has been excellent and the roofs are now clean and showing no signs of moss or lichen. Relly excellent product which I shall use again on other roofs if needed.”

This product is a residual action cleaner which, as per instructions, will take a few weeks to begin to work! Once applied evenly to the roof it will remove organic contaminations & inhibit their return. Roof Cleaner Bio Wash will continue to work for up to 12 months. We noticed from your order/delivery date, and the date of your review that Bio Wash is unlikely to be fully active yet. If you wait a few weeks you will start to see the results.
