This product is a residual action cleaner which, as per instructions, will take a few weeks to begin to work! Once applied evenly to the roof it will remove organic contaminations & inhibit their return. Roof Cleaner Bio Wash will continue to work for up to 12 months. We noticed from your order/delivery date, and the date of your review that Bio Wash is unlikely to be fully active yet. If you wait a few weeks you will start to see the results.
