“Bought for lighter coloured tiles. Goes on ok and leaves a good film over the top which repels most stuff. Had to leave myself a small walk through when applying and when I finished the small walk through patch you can now see the overlap when the sun shines on it. Make sure you don’t make my mistake! I’m going to have to buy another 2.5 litres now to try get rid of overlap patch you can see when the sun shines on them.”

“It does protect the tile and easier to remove any staining when it arises, given 4 stars at it is not that easy to apply on to frost proof outdoor tile using the recommended fibre cloths and mop handle. Also a thin layer application is difficult to judge so landed up using a spray to apply even though not recommended to do this by manufacturer, and used a firm mop that didn’t flip over when using with a tea towel to apply, also put more on than we originally thought as difficult to know what is meant by thin layer. The spraying did help with even coverage. Can’t recommend this method though as may be hazardous for health and safety reasons, we used face masks and gloves. We had a large patio area to cover on white tiles, when we mastered the application, a bit of a diy style, we were more than happy with the resists and as I say doesn’t prevent bird poo etc but much easier to clean now. We are more than happy with final result. We didn't contact manufacturer re application but did follow their guidelines originally. This may be wise for you to do first.”

“Easy to apply and coverage spot on your description. Puts a nice sheen on my dark grey porcelain slabs and is tolerant to scratching. I don’t think you could find a better product for this purpose.”
