“Easy to apply, similar to a 4 water and 1 Pva mix. Only 4 stars as I’m not sure how effective it will be at reducing the difficulty to remove organic stains that had occurred primarily sap from beach hedge. Hope it makes it much easier than this year”

“Porcelain Tile Eco Seal - 1 Litre. This porcelain tile sealer is excellent. Tree leaf stains were a nightmare before application, but now they are gone! Since applying it, all types of stains are incredibly easy to remove, making maintenance a breeze.”

“Had new anthracite porcelain tiles in a matt finish installed and wanted extra protection, this product is for sealing porcelain tiles without changing the appearance, vacuumed, mopped, dried and applied, using a microfiber cloth, just apply thinly all over tiles,normally dry within one hour and cured in 24hrs, will apply a second coat as 1ltr was more than I needed. overall a great product for a specific application.”

“I used this internally on porcelain tiles in the bathroom. I used it because the floor had started to show "marks" where water had been spilt - almost as if the water was being absorbed by the tiles. . I completely cleaned the floor first to ensure that those marks were gone and I then applied two coats of the eco seal. It was easy to apply - I made sure that it did not "pool" and applied it in two thin layers with a cloth. Since I have applied it I have not seen any "water marking" spots on the floor and the floor looks much better.”
