“swift delivery and the product performed as advertised.......powerful cleaner. Used it on my 8 year old slate patio which was covered in a variety of marks including grease; the cleaner worked a treat. Also used it to clean part of a concrete drive which was green with algae......again it worked really well; no green algae left and did the job in just a few minutes.”

Thank you for your review of our Floorseal - Patio Cleaner Plus. It will easily remove organic marks including black spot lichens. It is often used as a follow on cleaner to Floorseal Black Spot Remover Plus.

“10/10 I was surprised, it does what it say on the tin. 1:1 ratio clears most of mould/stains, neat use clears the rest. will definitely use it again.”
