“Followed the instructions fairly closely, 50:50 with water sprinkled on with a watering can, a gentle tickle with a broom and washed off after an hour. Cleared one winters worth of grime very easily. Just wear glasses and old clothes as it bleaches!”

“Our Cotswold gravel had gone green and we were going to buy more to put on top to hide what was there. Used this and almost instantly all the green has gone. Amazing product. The gravel looks freshly laid. Buying more to clean up our slabs...Best product we've bought in along time.”

“swift delivery and the product performed as advertised.......powerful cleaner. Used it on my 8 year old slate patio which was covered in a variety of marks including grease; the cleaner worked a treat. Also used it to clean part of a concrete drive which was green with algae......again it worked really well; no green algae left and did the job in just a few minutes.”

Thank you for your review of our Floorseal - Patio Cleaner Plus. It will easily remove organic marks including black spot lichens. It is often used as a follow on cleaner to Floorseal Black Spot Remover Plus.
