“This is the only product that touches my patio. I have 6 dogs and in the winter we fence off the lawn and they only have access to the patio for toileting. Their urine stains quite badly and as well as hosing daily I use this stuff once a week . I've tried off the shelf brands but they are no good. I'll be sticking to this . Delivery very prompt and very well packaged .”

“Had tried jet washing carefully, a Ryobi patio brush and all sorts. Then found this. Honestly couldn’t believe the results or how quick it worked. Stains from even my chiminea, gone within minutes. Can’t recommend highly enough. Just wish I’d found it sooner.”

“We used this to clean our stone patio and it has made a huge difference. There was green algae in places and that has disappeared. This is the first time we have used this product so shall have to see how long the efffect lasts? Will we need to apply it next year or in a couple of years' time? Either way we are very happy with the result and the product arrived in timely fashion. Royal Mail deliver so it can be a bit longer (we needed to re-order as we wanted more to cover our patio) but it was delivered within the time frame set by Floorseal. The subsequent order was delivered more swiftly!”
