“Bought specifically for white porcelain patio. This cleaner removed stains very easily, that a pressure washer had failed to shift. I just applied, scrubbed lightly, waited then rinsed. As an added bonus, this method does not blow out the ground, unlike pressure washing. I would definitely buy again.”

“Tried many different cleaners on procelain tiles around swiming pool with poor results (including neat chlorine) Used small amount of Floorseal porcelain patio cleaner (on leaf stains) and results are amazing including on grout lines Will use Floorseal on entire area in weeks to come and looking forward to results”
