“We had put up with dull & powdery looking porcelain tiles for nearly a year, no matter how many times we cleaned them they ended up dull & dirty looking. We cleaned them with floor seal cleaner & noticed how clean they looked, so we used the floorseal sealer, wow it looked amazing, so happy we purchased floorseal cleaner & sealer, my patio looks better than new, would highly recommend.”

“I had very bad lichen staining on pale grey rough finish porcelain tiles. Jet washing had no effect. Using the recommended mix for the recommended time only had limited results at best. However, the company suggested using it neat for 1 hour which I did, scrubbing with a scrubbing brush every 15 minutes. I then wiped it off with a flannel and clean water. Wow, what a difference! The tiles are now as good as new. Great product used in this way. Caution, wear your marigolds at all times!”
