Very good results using this on what appeared to be massive rust stain which I can only thinks was leaching from the base of a recently laid porcelain tile patio and pathways. It happened over the winter after it was laid and was getting worse. Took several applications to get it all out along with some serious scrubbing with a really stiff brush. It seemed to fizz on application but then died out pretty quickly. Left on for at least 25 minutes but had to have 3 or 4 goes at it before it all came up. Overall happy with the result although it’s hard work.

I am sorry, this product was not suitable for my porcelain outdoor slabs. Someone walk on the slabs and had some stains under their shoes. I tried so hard to get the stain off, I just can't shift it. Thanks.

This product is specifically for the removal of cement-based staining such as mortar, cement, cement-based grout, concretes & leachate staining. If your staining was mud/clay-based staining we recommend Floorseal Porcelain Patio Spring Clean.

I have 6 dogs and in the winter they only have access to the paved area in my garden due to the grass getting really wet and muddy. As s result the slabs get very stained even though I hose it twice a day. I could never get rid of the white staining. I went on the website and contacted the shop to ask their advice. They recommend this product .... Oh my it's amazing .I've only used it on a small badly stained section. All the white staining has gone .once the warm weather is here and my dogs are allowed on the grass I will go the whole patio. It really works .

I had specific issue with my new laid porcelain tiles. The builder had marked several tiles with pencil and the marks wouldn’t shift. I bought the product due to all the good reviews but unfortunately it had no effect on the marks. I called the tile company and they recommended another costly product. In more than hope than in confidence I tried bicarbonate of soda with white vinegar and it removed the marks totally and quickly.

We spoke and specifically said this product was not suitable as it would service no purpose on a pencil mark. Bicarbonate and vinegar cancel each other out - one is an alkali and one an acid. The paste you created it simply a light abrasive. A simple nylon pad would have sufficed for a pencil mark. The product we suggested (on the basis of you saying you had tried everything) was a strong alkali cleaner typically used to removed ingrained dirt. Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is for the removal of cement and mortar staining and green algae.
