I’m afraid it didn’t work very well. I followed the instructions to the letter so, either it’s not efflorescence problem or the product has limitations.

Good:it was easy to apply and clean off and did clear algae plus some other marks. Bad: had to pressure wash afterwards to get of rest of marks (there was some muddy dog prints for instance) . There was a smell of bleach so if that's the main ingredient it's an expensive bottle of it!

We're really glad that this product has worked for lots of people. Unfortunately it made absolutely no difference to the haze on our porcelain tiles. We have since tried removing the haze with another branded product and that hasn't worked either, so I don't think Floorseal Haze Remover is bad, just not right for our tiles.

Your grout is almost certainly resin based not cementatious. Most grouts for exterior porcelains are now resin slurry based grouts. A traditional grout haze remover will not work - This would explain why nothing you have tried has removed the haze. We note on the product page, located on the website, that you will need a different product for resin. Please contact us for further information - We can send you a sample of another type of product? The grouts for porcelain are not obviously different - i.e. resin based so it is not obvious when you purchase them. The problem you are having is not because Cement & Grout Haze Remover will not work on porcelain. It is because the product will only work on cement based grouts etc. You need a different solution/product to remove a resin - Hope that helps
