“I am a Jet Washing contractor and was asked to clean brush in jointing compound stains from an Indian Sandstone patio. Unfortunately the stains had been left for several weeks. After favourable reviews I decided to give this a go. While it removed some of the stains after thoroughly drying unfortunately there is little difference. A good product but on this occasion it didn’t work for me.”

“Wow, worked like a charm! Rather like some of the other customers here, the new patio once laid looked awful as the builders/gardener didn't apply the outdoor resin correctly which left residue marks allover the patio. Having spent a couple of weekends jet-washing and trying Screw-fixes heavy duty grime remover, it helped but still wasn't right. Having called the company, the owner of the co. explained that it was best to apply as per instructions, cover with plastic for at least 30 mins to an hour to give the remover a chance to do its work. I tried it on one tile, left it on for an hour, and it certainly worked! Will be ordering more to finish the whole job. Awesome”

“Does exactly what it says. I spent a great deal of money on a new patio and to say I was disappointed after the team left is an understatement. The light grey porcelain tiles looked like they had been down for years due to the grout residue. I purchased a 1 litre bottle to see if it would work and it did the job perfectly. I have only done one row of tiles at this stage but they have now come up like new. Before buying the product I had spent a whole weekend jet washing and scrubbing with minimal impact, it did remove some of the staining but not enough to make me happy. I would definitely recommend this product if you have the same issue. Great advice also received from the Floor Seal team by email with a quick response. Thanks very much.”
