After laying 30sqm of porcelain tile, the time came for the finishing touches, the grouting. I used a well known brand sold at major retailers and although upmost care was taken to avoid the resin based compound getting onto the slabs once dried it appeared to have stained the tile - I was so unhappy as nothing would remove the stain and as you can imagine extremely annoyed. I purchased this product as an attempt to save the paving and WOW is all I can say, after brushing on the gel like substance covering the tile, I left it for half an hour agitating it every 10 minutes with a stiff brush as directed on the bottle. To my utter amazement it completely removed the stains and I once again have a beautiful patio. I can’t say how grateful I am to the Floorseal Team for creating such an incredible product. It’s a shame I’m unable to add pictures to show the full extent of the recovery of the role and removal of staining.

Wow wow wow what an amazing product, my patio looks brand new again. We had lots of stains and patches left from brush in jointing compound, I have tried several products and lost my hope to be honest until I come across this product, takes time and patients but what a result. We left it for 1h to get better results and 99% of stains are gone. Amazing

I don't often leave reviews but will happily recommend this stuff. I'd used a resin-based sweep-in jointing compound on a kandla grey sandstone patio and hadn't kept the stones wet enough during application, which ended up leaving greasy looking stains around the edges of each slab. Applied this stuff as directed, working it in occasionally with a toothbrush and after 20-30 minutes the stains are all but gone. A couple of quick things to note though - Shake it very well both before and throughout use, the consistency is like a gel but it quickly settles and goes watery on top. If you apply it when watery, not only is it not as effective, but you risk it running into the joints and disrupting the set jointing compound in the places where you want it! Aside from that though, it really had worked wonders, well worth the money!
