“The Indian Sandstone Sealer is an absolutely brilliant product! I had been quoted £600 by a landscaper to have my terrace sealed. I thought that was incredibly expensive so I started looking around at sealers. After reading the reviews I decided upon this product from Floorseal. It was incredibly easy to apply. First, I purchased the patio cleaner from Floorseal which did a remarkable job of cleaning my terrace. Although to be fair it wasn’t that dirty anyway. Applying the Sealer was an absolute breeze. It took me approximately 25 minutes to apply via a spray (this I also purchased from Floorseal. There was very little cleaning up excess product from my terrace. I waited about 40 minutes and then applied another coat. Again, I used a microfibre cloth to mop up the excess. Again, there was little to remove. With the waiting time in-between the two coats I would estimate the whole project took less than an hour and a half! I purchased ten litres of cleaner, ten litres of sealer plus the sprayer and it all came to under £190. I still have around 5 litres of cleaner left, and maybe 4 litres of the sealer. Therefore, I will clean & seal my terrace again next Spring. Obviously I will need to purchase another 5 litres of sealer. My Fossil Mint looks terrace looks absolutely superb! Therefore, I would highly recommend this company and their products. In conclusion, the communication was excellent, the products were excellent & a very fast free delivery. What’s not to like? I look forward to dealing with you again next Spring! Thank you!!!”

“We got excellent results with this product on our large 110m2 Indian Sandstone terrace which was approaching 20 years old and looking like it needed replacing. After re-grouting with a resin grout, and then a chemical clean and deep jet wash, the terrace looked 100% better but was devoid of any of the original colours. We opted for the Floorseal sealer & intensifier, and the results are utterly transformational. The patio literally looks like it's just been laid!! Using the product was relatively easy, even for such a large area. We did it in sections of a third each time, on a sunny but cool day (I think the fact it was cool gave us a bit more working time). We applied with a backpack sprayer, left it for 20 mins or so, then used a long pile paint roller on an extending pole to remove the pooled excess. Same process for the 2nd coat which we applied 40 minutes after the first. The excess is easy to see as it's a milky white colour, and it's very important this isn't left to dry on the surface. Overall, we are extremely happy with this product and would't hesitate to recommend it. No, it's not cheap, but we were anticipating having to lay a complete new patio which would have cost us WAY more! :-)”

“I used a tester pot first to ensure the finish for Indian sandstone patio to my liking. The instructions clear and easy to follow. Product easy to apply (I used a masonry roller) - just had to wait for a couple of days of clear dry weather !”

“Easy to apply, as long as you can get 2-3 dry days. Results are great. By soaking into the stone it adds much depth to the natural colours without adding an ‘unnatural’ surface coating. Much too early to comment on how well it lasts.”

“Good product. Easy to purchase, good that a sample tester was possible which reassured us about choice of product - colour intensifier - main order came very quickly and after downloading instructions chose to use the cement and grout cleaner for peace of mind beforehand. Applying the colour intensifier was easy using a roller and made sure the first coat was over covered wiping off excess as recommended. Second coat application was quick. Gave it a couple of days to cure and now we've got a great look which highlights the stone makes the expenditure on the stone flags worthwhile.”

“I thought the 100ml sample was perfect. It gave me the chance to apply and test. The results were amazing. I now intend to fully clean the patio with cleaner and complete the job with Sandstone Sealer and colour untensifier”
