“This product works! I had tried scrubbing and steaming the porcelain floor tiles which improved it a little but the ground in dirt was still there. I did find at 5:1 ratio it didn’t touch it but after adding more fluid and leaving it it got the job done. It does take quite a lot of rinsing afterwards but after drying they looked like new again.”

“Cleaned tiles very well. Grout needed a bit of scrubbing and more concentrated cleaner. Only negative is it takes a lot of mopping and changes of water to get off the soapy residue.”

“I used this on terracotta tiles that had years of grease splatters. Just following the instructions cleaned most of them. The more stubborn stains took another go with neat fluid. Now 95% clean and cleaner than it ever was since new.”

“Absolutely brilliant - worked a treat on our extremely dirty (due to building works) terracotta tiled floor. I couldn't believe the difference. Will probably need some more to finish the job. Thank you.”
