“Noticed red brick dust all over the floor in the loft. Clearly came from the exposed brickwork of the chimney breast during recent high winds. What to do? I purchased 5L of this Brick Sealer & Dustproofer & because the surrounding plaster was extremely fragile, I applied it with a hand spray bottle rather than the heavier touch of a brush. 4.5 bottles & 1 hour later, the entire chimney breast was thoroughly coated & I'd only used half of the product. Not had high winds since so can't judge how effective it is but certainly doesn't flake off when touched so I have high hopes!”
