this one is a TOTAL SCAM!!!! I had some organic builds up on my porcelain slabs which I could not remove with a water jet (very powerful with rotation of jet). the organic matter was from the water which dripped from plant pots. this cleaner even did not make a slight difference to the stains. suddenly I decided to try CITRIC ACID WITH HOT WATER - IT WAS A MAGIC!!!!! it started to disappear without even a brushing. Just a few small brushing and all stains disappear. for removing any stain even rust from your porcelain slabs try PENCIL RUBBER - buy a cheap one as big as possible, and rub out any stubborn stains which water jet or brushing did not remove. you will be amazed. I HAVE A JUMBO PENCIL RUBBER FOR £3 AND A PACK OF CITRIC ACID FOR £3 ISH (GREEN BOX) WIDELY AVAILABLE IN ANY SUPERMARKET. I spent over £60 on two products and both of them did not work even a bit. I think they sell water. I bought also a "Jointing Compound Residue Remover" this is my feedback on it: "you will remove any glue residue by the amount of brushing that they recommend in the instruction. simply this does not work even a bit. Unfortunately, you have tried another product to remove an issue it was not intended for. Outdoor Porcelain Tile Cleaner is designed to remove general dirt and grime. It is not designed to remove ferrous materials that leach through soil out of plant points. The product is at the wrong end of the ph scale i.e it is an alkaline - citric acid is exactly that so can remove mild rust marks hence the reason it worked for you. We would have been happy to tell you this if you had enquired and saved you some more money.

I have not used this yet but my 1 star rating is due to the false advertising on the website. It states that delivery is free to all of mainland UK but when I reached the checkout it wanted to charge me £10. I phoned to question this but the person I spoke to wasn’t interested. I got it delivered free to a friend 8 miles away.

Unfortunately whilst we would like to send all of our items via free shipping the courier companies have additional charges for some UK mainland postcodes. Our delivery information notes some charges to some locations such as Northern Ireland, IOM and some Scottish Highland postcodes (even though technically they are a mainland addresses). We appreciate the fact that some postcodes technically are not highland addresses but the couriers all breakdown postcodes into zones. Your postcode would be in a zone that charges us a much higher price. The reason your sister's address did not attract the additional charge you experienced at checkout was that her postcode would not be classified as a highland zone. Our delivery charges are noted in a link from each product page on the website. Or any charge (if it applies) will be applied at checkout, which would be visible. Typically the only charges are for the Highland and Island addresses. The header bar at the top of each page (in yellow) is a basic breakdown of charges and shipping speeds, plus cut-off times. Nobody wishes to deceive anyone regarding shipping times as this would only lead to shopping cart abandonment as all charges are visible at checkout.
