“This is the second brand new garage floor I've sealed and this time I used this sealer instead of specific garage floor paint. Pros: This stuff has a very thin consistency (looks like milk) so is very quick to get down and dries quickly. The roller is very easy to clean afterwards. Very quickly gets on top of the dust of a bare floor. Cons: The finish isn't as nice as floor paint, I was left with slightly uneven lines from where the roller went, but this is mostly covered by foam tiles anyway. If this is a floor that will be on show you might need more coats or to apply with a sprayer for more even finish. The coverage quoted is a bit optimisitic. I used 20 litres for 2 coats of a double garage and had none left. Overall happy, sorted the dust quickly for a reasonable price and was easy, even though the result isn't the best looking. If I had to do the job again on another garage, I'd probably buy this again just because it was so much quicker and easier than floor paint.”

“I used 2 coats of this just to be sure and it worked a treat. Really easy to apply. My floor is easy to clean and liquid doesn't soak in or stain the floor. Even outside the rain just runs off. Very happy with the results.”
