“Having screeded a new floor in an extension with a gypsum-based screed (gypcrete) we decided to sand and polish it instead of laying tiles or laminate. This helps the underfloor heating as well. Needed a seal, and since we found this seal which is compatible with anhydrous screeds, decided to try it. We are absolutely delighted with it. Coverage was better than expected, 5 litres gave 2 coats over approx 40 square metres, with a slight sheen, perfect for what we wanted. We have spare seal to recoat as wear and tear happens. Applied with a roller, it was quick and easy, dries quickly and has almost no smell. All in all very pleased, and have no hesitation in recommending this seal.”
