“Used with Render Cleaner Softwash for cleaning walls in a 5L spray bottle. The instructions said to use 50ml of additive to 5L of mixed cleaning product. I used 2L of cleaner with 2L of water + 50ml of additive and I couldn't really tell what use the additive was until it became agitated in the spray bottle near the bottom of the solution mixture. At this point it began to come out bubbling with the extra air spluttering and then clearly stuck to the walls better. I think I'll up the dosage for the next application as it clearly does work if aggitated enough. The problem then occurs when trying to re-fill the spray bottle with more mixture as it then bubbles so much that it takes some time pouring the liquid in slow enough for it not to run off the bubbles and down the outside of the bottle. Not sure how to get over that other than to completely rinse out all the solution between re-fills. Where the Cleaner Additive did stick to the walls it definitely gave the Render Cleaner Softwash a better chance of working on the wall staining and cleaned better in those areas so the product itself does actually work.”

“Very easy to use for DIY or trade, I was quoted £850 to clean my house, I washed house myself and saved hundreds, found this company Floorseal . Ordered it, delivered fast. I sprayed it on with knapsack leave for 15min then rinse off, very good results. I would also recommend the additive as it helps it stick to wall and stops it drying out,”

“I bought a 5ltr tub to try out with the render soft wash product, I wish I'd bought the larger one now.. it made a definite foamy difference when applying during a sunny day and preventing it from drying out too quickly.”
