“Didn’t work even when applied neat!! Black spots on paving slabs were unaffected but the product and on my block paving the jet wash did all the work not this Cleaner.”

It sounds like the nature of the problem you have is not organic staining. This product is for organic staining only. Such as black spot lichen algae, slimes, mould & tannins.
