“Item arrived fine but I had to unfortunately return my purchase as my husband had bought me the same items as a gift. Paying for the return is alright too, after all, it is my own choice to return. However, £6 will be charged for their earlier delivery charge. That's a lot. Well, I had no choice and decided to proceed, so they have to generate a Return Number and provide with the return address too. Guess what ? The customer service gave the wrong postcode. Luckily I wrote back asking to confirm, because in the address selection there wasn't such address. IF I had just Manually entered the address and sent off the package, I would have Lost everything. They will not compensate me for Items they did not receive the returns. How could the customer service be so careless? Unbelievable. I'm taking time to write this Review because the whole returns process has been so tedious. They could have just put the return address and instructions on their website, would have been much easier. But instead we have to Email them first, for them to generate a Return Number. So Unnecessarily tedious. I started this process by emailing them last night, got a reply only after I emailed again today with the email subject being URGENT. Gosh. I won't be buying from Flawless Beauty in the future. I don't usually return items but this return process and the cost has really put me off.”
