“They would be good if they didn't have a soft close function, which is not only pointless for this product, but also makes operating the drawers a disaster. The point of a soft close function is to be able to give the drawer a push, and it simply glides in but doesn't slam, because near the end of its travel, the soft close takes over and closes it gently. Same with soft close doors, simply swing the door and it gently closes at the end of travel. This is how all the other drawers and doors in my new kitchen work. With this product, the drawers don't glide, so you can't just give the drawer a push and let it close itself. The sliders are stiff, so you have to push the drawer almost all the way closed until it hits the soft close and then some to make it actually close! So this is a pointless feature which makes it take longer to close the drawer than it would without it. But it's not even a feature, it's actually a bug because to open the drawer, you have to apply force at the beginning to effectively load the springs for the soft close. As soon as it's past that "spring loading" point, because you're pulling quite hard, the drawer suddenly flies outwards and everything in the drawer falls over! Unfortunately, I've already installed 5 of these and cannot afford to delay my project as I have so much else to do, so I will simply have to live with this rubbish product for now. Another thing this product would be better without is the instruction sheet, which is at least misleading and in one case completely wrong. Fortunately, it's obvious from the product itself what has to be done, and it does have an adjustment feature to accommodate variations in cupboard width. Oh, one more thing. The courier they use is Yodel, who couldn't even find my address on the delivery day, so I had to stay in waiting for two days. Yodel don't have a customer service number where you can speak to an actual person, and the chat agents have no way of contacting the drivers, so in future when ordering something I'll check which courier they use and go somewhere else if it's Yodel. Note that I get deliveries on an almost daily basis from numerous other couriers and I've never had a problem with any of the others!”

“Quality product and fair price. Fitting instructions not too clear but the fitting is pretty obvious anyway as you just have to attach the sections with multiple holes on the plate”

“Close to giving this 5 stars, they arrived really quickly and are substantial shelves, so very pleased with them. Instructions were not so good but it was fairly straightforward. Generally solved an organisation problem. Would buy again. Customer services helpful too when I thought I'd made a mistake.”
