“The products were perfect for my needs and were very easy to install and adjust as necessary. Although the instructions were very limited, it was easy enough to work out the detail yourself. Some of the thinner wires on one of the baskets were slightly bent on opening the box. This was easily returned to the original straight condition.”

“Quality of product and delivery speed deserves 5 stars. Only giving 3 stars as one of the 2 basket arrived damaged-base (bent) and the outer box though original also showed plenty of signs that the goods must have been returned or opened few times, at least more then once. Damage was very much because of either missing or non-existent of vertical support within the box. On expressing concerns to Dan, was told "our wired baskets do come warped, but under pressure once you start using them, they get better". This cannot be true, as it also means once under weight pressure it can also start sagging. I think excuse for bad packaging is very feeble. I do not think product is faulty or of bad quality. Wish Dan would offer replacement instead of presenting with such an argument. Please speak to your manufacturers to improve on packaging.”

“I’m actually really pleased with the quality, and it took me 15 minutes to fit. Delivery was faster than expected, so all in all a very positive experience. If you have large cupboards with the top half wasted, or you’re fed up of reaching into the back on your knees; these are spot on.”
