“I have rated salmon working dog small bite as very good with 5 stars. After trying multiple brands over the course of 18 mths having come of feeding 'raw' for the past 6-7 years we are so relieved to have found a brand that has all our dogs looking fantastic and looking healthy and most importantly looking happy. Coats are great, weight management is great, stools are great. Price is also very good, especially for breeders and larger kennels. Since we are feeding around 20-25 dogs, without the breeder scheme we simply would not be able to do it. With the breeder scheme it is a very good help. Tho the greatness of having a kibble that suits all our dogs big and small of various breeds is immeasurable. But.... We do have one issue that is most likely breed specific but it is a problem for us none the less. The main breeds we are feeding here are Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bully and French Bulldog. With the Staffords and Frenchies weight management is spot on and easily maintained but with the American bullies it is a different story. Our 'top dog' in the yard is an adult 35kg male who needs 800g daily to maintain his perfect weight. Because the AmBully breed needs to be slightly heavier set to look their best we then have to feed more to achieve this. Feeding more means more stools. Stools seem to be softer also because of this and I am not quiet sure if it's ideal to be feeding a 35kg dog 800g daily and whether or not it is having a negative effect on digestive system in the dog etc. For the time being all our dogs will be staying on salmon working dog and I suspect the french bulldogs and Staffords for the foreseeable future. However the American Bullies we will be continuing the search in the coming year for the kibble that suits them best. On a whole we are very happy with fish 4 dogs salmon working dog and as a kibble we cannot fault it. :) Danny”
