This system has worked flawlessly for me for two large scripted displays, at our sailing club, positioned on the ground (not elevated), at the end of the pontoon more than 100M over water from me. The free shoot option has also allowed me to fire manual displays too, and for the kids, to pique their interest in safe pyrotechnics because c'mon, who doesn't love a big red button? 5 stars is absolutely correct for this, but the reality is a couple of personal gripes that could really do with some improvement: • Firstly, cost: This is a very expensive system, with a very high initial outlay. Honestly, what would it cost to throw in a 6 cue visualiser for the uninitiated, just so they can get used to it. And maybe, for what it is, drop the price by £50, as after all this is a retail system, and moreover, allows users to safely enjoy cat 2/3 fireworks; no more running around with blowtorches or Portfires. • Secondly, the cues: they're single use. Sure, this is how the system works as how much power is needed to light a firework? So simply have the plug burn-out so as to lock-off the cue once fired. And whilst £0.75 per replacement cue isn't much, the amount of copper being binned following a display is wasteful and cringworthy. It would be better if we could just replace the burned-out connector and retain the cue, this way, cues could even remain connected, or easier to label (labelling such a small cable is painful). • Finally, the embossing: The unit is black, the cues are tiny, who thought this would be a great idea? 4th of July is probably not as dark as the 5th of November, but try rigging this outside at night, the numbers are barely visible under studio lighting, don't believe me, look at the pictures (above). I've had to paint these using some yellow fluorescent paint, which also isn't an easy task, but once the overpaint has been removed, it has got the job done - actually looks quite slick now too, and can be seen in really low light conditions.

This is a brilliant bit of kit. Only fired test displays with it so far in prep for NYE but it hasn't failed once. The online software is easy to use once after watching the tutorials and is very capable. The app works flawlessly.
