“Unfortunately I had some fail - not sure whether I made them damp by accident, but they were wrapped in foil tape and stopped igniting half way through.”

Hi Jonathan, the reason for the failure was probably due to wrapping in too much foil or too tight, starving the fuse of oxygen and thus going out.
