“This is the second time I've bought from you because these logs are great. However, I bought the extra thick logs this year, which are not the best size for my little 4.5kw stove.
My fault, not yours, but it might be worth adding a note that these logs are not suitable for small stoves.

“Not happy with the customer service at all from receiving order to actual product.
Firstly I received the wrong item and then when exchanging there was further confusion. The final product I received was 50cm, but I have not come across logs with so many various diamaters. This was the case in both sets of orders and all I can imagine is, that its the case of increasing demand where quality has been affected. This was the possible reason given over the phone.
I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience other then keeping the incorrect order at a reduced price.
I won't be using them again and had advised my neighbour accordingly when recently asked would I recommend as she was looking for a bulk order.”

Apologies once again for sending the incorrect log sizes. The team in the warehouse are incredibly busy at the moment due to an overwhelming demand for logs - occasionally mistakes do happen and we take full responsibility for this.
In our defence, we did offer you the logs sent at a significantly reduced price and when you asked for the correct sized logs to be delivered instead, we prioritised getting them replacement logs to you. Every-time you contacted us we responded straight away.
We are sorry to learn you do not like the variation in log diameter. This is dictated by the size of the timber that comes into the saw mill. We do clearly publish that there is a variation/tolerance in diameter on all our product pages.
We do accept that the delivery of the wrong sized logs caused you some inconvenience, therefore we have just refunded you £20.
