“I waited to leave a review as I was still using last years wood. This year to save work I bought the wood in sacks instead of on a palat. The sacks were heavy but not unmaneagle, the Royal Mail deliverer was very kind and put the sacks where I wanted them. I particularly like the way there are thick and thinner logs in each bag making the fire much easier to get going, or rekindle if necessary. Also the length of each log is about right, and the logs are suitably heavy and burn well, but not too fast! I would highly recommend this company, and their logs.”

“I like the quantity and that the wood is bagged, which makes life easier for moving it around. Mostly big recatangular blocks of the same wood, great for stacking but not so good for getting a fire started - 'ready to burn' but not always willing to burn! Quickly delivered but disappointed they weren't on a pallet or just tagged/addressed sacks - they arrived with each sack in its own addressed box (10 address labels!), which seems incredibly wasteful and left me to dispose of 10 large cardboard boxes (one of the reasons I changed from boxed wood to sacks, council complains my domestic recycling is verging on the industrial). Also, the 'free' flamers weren't included in the delivery; when I highlighted this I was sent 3 small firelighters, which really weren't worth the effort. So, a mixed experience on this occasion.”

If you purchase a larger volume of logs, more than 10 bags or sacks, they will be delivered on a pallet, with option to book your delivery day.
