“Logs and firelighters well packed, unfortunately the driver didn’t get my delivery instructions so I had to get a willing neighbour to move the boxes to my garage which is where my normal delivery on a pallet is always successful delivered. I was quite disappointed. Quality of product is great!”
“A good way to receive your logs if you need them in a hurry and you don't like storing huge amounts of wood from a pallette. The boxes make it convenient to bring in from outside (it that's where you store it). The three kindle flamers provided in each box would suggest three fires worth per box - our small wood burner got through a box at about this rate for an evenings heat. The mix of wood was ok but some boxes did contain mostly a very hard wood which wasn't too keen to light. The Parcelforce delivery guy was none too happy either. But otherwise, a good product from a reliable supplier.”

“For the first time since using these boxes I was disappointed. 2 of the boxes were wet and torn on delivery ( resulting in wet logs)and 1 contained logs too large to use that requiring chopping . 2 boxes had no firelighters in them. I’m sure this was a one off as previous orders all deserved their 5 star review. Sadly this time I can only stretch to 3 star.
That said the logs burn very well and give a lot of heat.”
