“I've ticked yes for ordering, but the last lot of logs burnt really badly, difficult to get going and not much heat, I realise that you must be extremely busy with people going over to log burners to save on Gas/Electricity, and it's possible your down to trees that aren't really suitable for burning, but I think if that's the case you should mix with your usual quality logs,”
