If you are ever unhappy with the logs received, please email us some photos, we will then review the logs and if outside of spec, we will give you some credit back. In addition, if you order again, I'd recommend using the 'select your log size' feature. We sell thicker cut logs, so that product maybe more suitable for your needs.
