“This bulk bag of logs was a great disappointment... they were damp and very hissy . The room filled with smoke and we had to open the windows and door. One of our guests has asthma which made me feel very embarrassed to put him in a very unpleasant situation which had the potential to initiate an attack.
There was no problem with the chimney as we had had several fires using up our previous wood from last year.
If you sell wood claiming it to be kiln dried and therefore appropriate for immediate burning, that should be the case.. you are therefore violating the trade descriptions act.
We will not be using your company again.
