“The bag of logs were excellent quality. Service was the best, we were kept updated by text and e mail and everything went as advised. The logs came on a pallet which was deliver in a large lorry with curtain sides, this was not a problem as we had good access, the delivery driver put it exactly where we requested. We have used some of the logs already and are more than pleased with their performance. Matt has followed up at every stage, first advising two hour time slot would be given on delivery day then to check that we were happy. We will definitely be using again.”
“Ordering was straight forward, and it was easy to talk through delivery details with the company - a very friendly Matt - by phone. This was important because I live in central London, and a 1.3 cubic metre bag of firewood can’t be left on the pavement. The wood is dry, good quality, and came in a variety of sizes - just right for a wood burning stove. All in all, an excellent experience.”
