“The logs are always excellent quality and usually they are always delivered on the day that I was expecting them, but this time they arrived a day earlier than expected delivery date and we out but fortunately arrived home just in nick of time”
Thanks for the review and repeat order Karen. Sorry to learn they arrived a day early. I have just refunded you some money to cover the inconvenience caused. We 100% instructed the logs to be delivered on the date you requested, so will feedback to Palletline who deliver. I suspect this was caused as it was the busy period leading up to Xmas.
“Prompt delivery, and good customer service. The logs are burning very well and providing more heat compared to previous logs that we have used. They also leave the stove burner window clean which keeps the flames looking great and less to clean afterwards.”
