“Normally I’m really impressed however this load may have well been the scraps from the floor. Two thirds are no more than kindling. The rest is so inconsistent with a lot of whole logs too large and the rest no better than offcuts.
I’m almost out already as it’s to small to last”
Hi Gary, we are sorry to learn that you're not satisfied with the logs delivered. From looking at the photo we can see that some logs are outside of the specification we usually supply. We will be in touch to determine how many are outside of spec and work towards providing you some credit back. Sorry that this load of logs did not meet your expectations. Thanks for the review and repeat order Karen. Sorry to learn they arrived a day early. I have just refunded you some money to cover the inconvenience caused. We 100% instructed the logs to be delivered on the date you requested, so will feedback to Palletline who deliver. I suspect this was caused as it was the busy period leading up to Xmas.
