Thanks for the review Ewa. Is likely that the bark etc falls off because the logs are so dry from the kiln drying process. That said, if you feel any of the logs are not up to standard, please email us a photo so we can investigate and work towards a resolution if needed. You can always reply to your order confirmation. We will then pick up and action the email.
