“Does not work. New batteries go extremely hot when inserted in.. very disappointed”

“I bought this as a birthday present. The pictures online showed a fantastic product. Unfortunately it was impossible to open it up to insert the batteries . I tried using a knife to open the tabs and they broke off . Very disappointed feel like I’ve just thrown money down the drain ,and little girl left without present”
