“Wonderful tender turkey breast - easily cooked to Field & Flowers' instructions. Roasted hot with full Christmas dinner and afterwards cold in sandwiches and with pickles - stilll tender and moist for a couple of days. I'm also impressed with Field & Flowers' LEG UP campaign to donate excess turkey legs to charity rather than go to waste. Supporting small-scale farmers whilst also supporting those in need.”
“The turkey breast joint was really very good, not dry at all. Normally Iwould order a whole turkey but as there were few of us , ot would have been a waste.. I was pleasantly suprised by the brest joint”
“Turkey joint was a disaster. Cooked as per instructions and raw inside. Put back in the oven for a further 30mins and still undercooked. Timings completely thrown out and ended up with no centerpiece for Christmas dinner.
Not had this problem before with F&F so hopefully just a one off.”
