“We ordered the Belted Galloway Crown of Beef for Christmas. I dry brined it for 48 hours and then reverse seared it in a kamado grill with oak from an old whisky barrel. It was absolutely delicious, beautifully marbled, juicy and full of flavour. I wouldn't hesitate to order this again for a special occasion.”
