In a moment of pure genius, we took our free-range pork & sage chipolatas (courtesy of Simon Price, our Devonshire pig farmer) and wrapped them in traditional smoked pancetta. The ultimate pigs in blankets, with a delicious depth of flavour coming from our subtly spiced chipolatas and rich, smoky pancetta. Bigger most definitely is better in the case of our favourite Christmas trimming! Six pigs in blankets per pack. Our free-range pigs in blankets are available to add to your regular boxes from now until January. If you happen to have a pack or two in your January box that you no longer want, they’ll be swapped for our Farmhouse Pork Sausages.

“These were, according to my fiancé, the best pork he has ever had (this was our first order with Field and Flower!), and he is devastated that they are just a Christmas offering. We would buy them year-round. Lovely crisp oozing bacon, and the cooking instructions were spot-on.”
