“Amazingly tender and really tasty. Easy instructions but joint was barely warm by the end of the recommended cooking time so I wonder if this needs adjusting? Family declared it the best ever turkey so I’ll take that!”
“I was slightly nervous about ordering sous vide joints for our Christmas Day lunch but given we've always been happy with field & flower products I thought I'd give them a go and I'm so pleased I did! I ordered both the beef and the turkey as had all the family joining us. Our oven is standard size and juggling the timing of both joints along with all the sides would have been challenging had I not bought sous vide. I bought two tinfoil trays and was able to cook the meats side by side on the same shelf! The 2.5kg turkey took just 40-45 mins and the 1kg beef took 45 mins. Everyone raved about them, the meat was so tender and so flavoursome. I normally take great pride in preparing my own turkey but would happily purchase sous vide joints for next Christmas is available. It freed me up to focus on some special sides to accompany them!!”
“Really tasty tender turkey. Days to feed 6 but we all ate enought and had lots left to eat cold or in samwhiches or pie . The coating was lovely with the fruit ect. Preferred this to usual turkey and it took so little time to cook. Wonderful!”
