I should still have been able to click on the turkey to see how long to cook it for.- perhaps this could be improved next year.”

“This made for the easiest Christmas dinner I've ever cooked. Beautifully seasoned and sou-vide: it just needs heating up briefly in the oven. Can focus on all the lovely trimmings - and the all-important potatoes - and the turkey (usually such an endeavor) becomes an afterthought... goes in right at the end for half hour, and it was undoubtedly the tastiest, most tender turkey we've had.
The 1kg breast was perfect, i'd say, for a family of 4 with good appetites. Wife and I had it alone, and then had a whole second Christmas dinner out of it on Boxing Day.
Will definitely be ordering again next year!”
