A Christmas Eve classic. Our bone-in gammon has been dry-cured by our Somerset butchers, resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is succulent and packed with flavour. We recommend poaching with onions, peppercorns and bay leaves before transferring to a hot oven with a sticky glaze of your choice. Our gammon is made with 100% British pork from outdoor-reared pigs. Serves 16 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)
