A Christmas Eve classic. Our bone-in gammon has been dry-cured by our Somerset butchers, resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is succulent and packed with flavour. We recommend poaching with onions, peppercorns and bay leaves before transferring to a hot oven with a sticky glaze of your choice. Our gammon is made with 100% British pork from outdoor-reared pigs.
