A Christmas Eve classic. Our gammon has been dry-cured and smoked by our Somerset butchers, resulting in the most deliciously sweet and tender meat. Cut from the hind leg, this joint is succulent and packed with flavour. Our gammon is made with 100% British pork from outdoor-reared pigs. Serves 16 people This product is only available for delivery on our Christmas delivery days (Thu 19 Dec, Fri 20 Dec, Sat 21 Dec, Sun 22 Dec, Mon 23 Dec, Tue 24 Dec)

“The gammon ham from Field & Flower was excellent. We simmered it and then finished it in the oven for 30 minutes. The flavour was superb and the ham sliced beautifully. There’s just two of us and we never thought we’d get through it - but we finished it in days!”

“Incredible smoked aroma when cooking - it filled the whole house :-) the pork was outstanding and the smokiness didn’t taste synthetic like it can with supermarket meat.”
