Our free-range Pork Stuffing is handmade using the finest free-range pork, gluten free breadcrumbs and fresh herbs. This festive blend of flavours pairs chopped chestnuts and finely diced pancetta to add earthy, rich notes to your Christmas dinner or centrepiece. We take great pride in making traditional sausagemeat stuffings. These are available in 1lb packs, or as stuffing balls, and we try hard to make sure they suit a variety of meats and dishes. From the traditional sage & onion (laced with jars and jars of real caramelised onion chutney) to truffle stuffing and fruitier options for game birds, duck and turkey, there’s something for everyone.

“I did not like this I’m afraid although my family thought it was nice. It was also quite sloppy so not great for making stuffing balls. I won’t be buying again, I will however buy the pork and sage chippolatas and use to make stuffing balls.”
