Everybody loved the idea of being able to have a little bit of everything. The cooking instructions were very helpful and it was delicious.

Tasty, and held its shape well in the oven. Glad we used a probe as it was cooked well within the stated cooking time. Despite our best efforts, couldn't get the skin to crisp up.

Very unusual which was a great topic of conversation, very tasty and was just enough to feed 8/10 adults.

This is a very elegant product. I rested the joint for 45 minutes after cooking and it was very easy to carve. The meat was moist and firm. To accompany the joint, I made a light gravy from roasted chicken wings which was well received. I also made some stuffing using mainly sausage meat with herbs and breadcrumbs.

I can’t tell you how much we enjoyed this! It was absolutely lovely! We had plenty left over to have cold and to make the traditional Christmas leftovers curry. I wish I ordered an extra one to freeze. Thank-you!
