Our luxury three-bird roast is a Christmas centrepiece that’s sure to be a talking point. Free-range chicken, goose, and guineafowl, combined together for the ultimate blend of Christmas flavours. All of our free-range birds are reared using traditional methods, roaming and foraging as they please. Not only does this mean that our birds have lived a happy life, it means their meat is high quality too. Serves 10 to 12 people. “Slow cooked, We found the top layer very tough when hot. We couldn’t eat it actually. But, on Boxing Day, when cold, it was lovely! Otherwise the rest was delicious . A very impressive roast!”
